Shipping and Returns
Orders over R1000.00 qualify for free shipping. On orders under R1000.00, a R100.00 shipping fee will apply.
We deliver door to door via our chosen courier service.
Unfortunately at this moment we do not offer international shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, we will refund the client in full within 30 days. We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. Should Palmar Collection exercise this right, the customer will receive a full refund with no deductions.
Any complaints or compliments regarding the standard and quality of our products bought by customers should be directed to Palmar Collection at info@palmarcollection.co.za. In the instance of a return, please include your full name, order number, item in question and reason for the return.
You have the right to open the package and check the purchased items, but the item must be returned unused, and with all original packaging and labelling or we will be unable to issue a refund or process an exchange. Please bear in mind that you are responsible for the safe delivery of all returns back to Palmar Collection, we recommend using a reputable courier.
Non-defective products may be returned within 7 days of receiving the goods. A full refund will be given (via initial payment method) excluding any shipping costs. For non-defective product returns requested more than 7 days after receipt, a credit note will be issued.
Defective or faulty products may be returned within 7 days and a full refund, or a swop if chosen by the customer, will be given once we have received and confirmed the fault.
Please note that Palmar Collection does not accept any returns requested more than 14 days after receipt of your products.
