Shipping policy

Orders over R1000.00 qualify for free shipping. On orders under R1000.00, a R100.00 shipping fee will apply.

We deliver door to door via our chosen courier service. Please allow for 1- 5 working days for your order to arrive, depending on your location.

It is the customer’s responsibility to be at the delivery address to accept parcel. If the customer is not there at the time of delivery, they need to ensure that the parcel is received at that address within 24 hours.  Our courier will not hold parcels until a later date and the parcel will be sent back to us.  We will then charge a second shipping fee to send the parcel again. If the customer will no longer be at the address, please email us with an updated address  

Unfortunately at this moment we do not offer international shipping.
